Pack costume (SINGULAR!)
Charge camera batteries
If have time, run to hardware store
Run to downtown to pick up badges
Organize fliers
Organize holders and stands
Make con schedule
Print out table schedule
Harass people to sign up for table shifts

I am *very* good at that last item. I had people apologizing to me all weekend for not signing up for shifts at our table. I think they were afraid I would yell at them - LOL.
